Review service readiness
Inspect required documentation and unresolved findings before preparing a claim. Readiness is a workflow decision, not a guarantee of reimbursement.

Aggregate billed, paid and outstanding balances for managers. Distinguish collection follow-up from documentation blockers; agree reporting and accounting requirements during evaluation.
